Shipping Policy

Dispatch
Orders are packed and dispatched from Portugal within [5–10] working days. Each copy is hand-bound and checked before shipping, so please allow for this preparation time. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Destinations and delivery times
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Portugal: [5–10] working days
European Union: [6–16] working days
Rest of the world: [7–25] working days

These are estimates provided by our carriers, not guarantees. Delivery may take longer during peak periods or due to customs processing.

Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees on arrival. These charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over them and cannot estimate their amount in advance.

Packaging
Each edition is shipped in protective packaging appropriate to a hand-bound object. We reuse and select packaging materials with care.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, contact us at dystopianreason@gmail.com within [14] days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and the item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. If tracking shows no movement for [15] working days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at additional cost.
